fglrx-control software package provides control panel for the non-free ATI/AMD RadeonHD display driver, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fglrx-control
fglrx-control is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fglrx-control package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fglrx-control *
You will get with fglrx-control package name, version, architecture and description in a table
